 We analyze your income with your credit score information to pre-qualify for the house price and interest rate that you can afford.

• All you have to do is fill out a loan application with the requested information, and we'll use the information we need to create a pre-qualification letter for you.
• We combine your pre-qualification and pre-approval into the same letter which will state how much you qualify to pay and if you are approved to take out the loan.
• Please keep an open line of communication so we can communicate all matters of qualification.

• Statement showing County Tax Bill
• Statement of Homeowner's Association Annual Fee Amount (if applicable)
• Closing Disclosure Form for Mortgage 
• Documentation of Homeowner's Insurance
• Documentation with details of current mortgage
• Those looking for refinance do not need pre-qualification.

 You will need everything mentioned above in the Refinance Section, but they must be provided for each property.

• You will also need to provide the addresses of every property on which you have a mortgage.
